Pixel pitch is the distance in millimeters between the center of each LED cluster — the smaller the number, the sharper the image at close range. For trade show environments where viewers stand 6–12 feet away, a P2.6 to P3.9 pitch delivers crisp, high-resolution visuals. For larger stages or environments where viewers are 15+ feet away, a P4.8 or higher pitch is cost-effective and still looks excellent. How large can an LED video wall be for a trade show booth?

LED walls are fully modular, so there is no fixed maximum size — panels tile together to fill virtually any footprint. Common trade show configurations range from a 10×6 ft backdrop to a 20×10 ft curved or multi-panel installation. We recommend booking 6–8 weeks before your show date to ensure inventory availability and allow time for content production and pre-show testing. For large-scale or custom configurations, 10–12 weeks is ideal. That said, we regularly accommodate shorter timelines — contact us with your show date and we will confirm availability.
